Refund policy

At Mokshra, every piece is created with devotion and detail. However, if you need to return your order:

Returns & Exchanges:

• You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

• Returns are only provided incase of defective products.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Custom or limited-edition products are non-refundable.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
